RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Please email info@equivereequestrian.com prior to returning or exchanging any items. This allows us to confirm your eligibility for a return or refund, and to check if the item you wish to exchange is in stock.

Important Return Requirements:

  • All returns and exchanges must be returned exactly as received.

  • Do not attach any shipping labels directly onto the original product. Please package items securely in external packaging to protect them during shipping. Items shipped without external packaging may become dirty or damaged during transit, making them ineligible for return or exchange.

Email info@equivereequestrian.com for authorization and stock confirmation and further instructions.

Conditions:

  • All returns must be made within 14 days of receiving your order, with proof of purchase.

  • Items must be in original condition, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and free of makeup marks, handprints, or animal hair.

  • Items showing any signs of use will be returned to the sender without refund or exchange.

  • Returns requested after 14 days from receipt are not eligible for refund or exchange.

Shipping Costs:

  • Shipping costs for any returns or exchanges are your responsibility.

  • Equivere Equestrian is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees related to returns or exchanges.

Refund Processing:

  • Refunds will be processed within 14 business days after we receive your return.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, minus any shipping charges.
